Title: Powter Warm Chopped Summer Salad

1tsOlive oil
2clGarlic, chopped
1 Red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/2lbMushrooms, sliced
1 Stalk broccoli (about 1/4 pound) stem peeled, head broken in
1/4cVegetable broth
2mdZucchini, coarsley shredded
1 Yellow squash, coarsley shredded
3 Ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2cFrozen petite corn
2 Green onions, chopped
2tbItalian parsley
1tbFresh basil
2tsNature's Seasonings
1tsMrs. Dash garlic herb mix
2tbLemon juice

In a large pan place olive oil, garlic, red bell pepper, mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower. Cook over medium to high heat for 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Add vegetable broth. Cook 3 minutes more. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on medium low for 3 minutes more.
